Preparation

  1. Pour MONIN syrup in a cappuccino cup and extract an espresso
  2. Steam and froth milk and pour it over using the latte art technique
  3. You can draw a pattern with l'Artiste de MONIN Cocoa
  4. Serve



Toasted Marshmallow Cold Brew Latte

White and pink marshmallow on a skewer

220 ml

Preparation

  1. Pour MONIN syrup in an ice filled glass and top with milk
  2. Stir well
  3. Add MONIN Cold Brew concentrate on top of it
  4. Garnish with a white and a pink marshmallow on a skewer
  5. Serve




Toasted Marshmallow Latte

Dusting of cinnamon. Toasted marshmallows

250 ml

Preparation

  1. Pour Le Sirop de MONIN Toasted Marshmallow into a latte glass
  2. Steam and froth up the milk then pour it into the latte glass
  3. Top with espresso to create a layer
  4. Garnish with a dusting of cinnamon or toasted marshmallows
  5. Serve
